Funeral Process

How I Support You

I approach every funeral with care, sensitivity, and time. I will:
Take the pressure off decision-making
Guide you through options with clarity and kindness
Help you find the right words when words feel hard
Ensure the ceremony feels calm, organised, and dignified
You are never expected to know what to do — that is what I am here for.
1. Initial Contact
We begin with a gentle conversation — by phone, video call, or in person — at a time that suits you. There is no rush. This is simply a space to talk.

2. Getting to Know Your Loved One
I will ask thoughtful, caring questions to understand who your loved one was — their life, their character, their relationships, and what mattered most to them.

3. Creating the Ceremony
I write a personalised ceremony that reflects their life and honours your wishes. This may include:
A eulogy or life story
Family tributes or readings
Music selections
Cultural or symbolic elements
Moments of reflection or quiet remembrance
You are welcome to review and adjust anything — nothing is final without your comfort.

4. The Ceremony
On the day, I lead the ceremony with warmth, steadiness, and care — holding space for emotion while ensuring everything flows smoothly and respectfully.
